HIGH SCHOOL

Let’s get you ready for try-outs! Our up-tempo High School camp provides our athletes with a high volume of reps covering all skills. With an athlete centered approach, we provide lots of feedback to help you improve your game. The following skills will be covered throughout the week:

SERVING: float / jump float / spin / hybrid
SERVE RECEIVE: forearm / overhead / body position
SETTING: hand positioning / footwork / location
ATTACKING: approach / arm swing / shots
BLOCKING: footwork / timing / hand position
INDIVIDUAL DEFENCE: reading / positioning / ball control
GAME PLAY: strategy / cues / application
